Autoresponder/Wordpress/IDX Broker

I have a Wordpress website [login to view URL] and it is using the IDX Broker plugin [login to view URL] IDX Broker sends updates based on saved searches and saved properties that people are performing. I am needing a custom auto responder saying something like this "Just a quick note to ask if I can be of service. or example, do you have a good understanding of hot he neighborhood/cities differ from each other. I 'd be happy to provide some insights for you by phone or email at your convenience". It needs to have a link to one of their saved properties in it. I would really like to chat about the project before I award it to anyone. I am a new web designer/developer and this project is a little out of my scope, but I definitely want to learn how to do it.
