Convert e-commerce site to Wordpress with Shopp

This project is to convert an existing e-commerce website over to Wordpress and www.shopplugin.net. The current e-commerce site sits on its own domain, totally separate to the main corporate site and is built using static HTML/CSS and is integrated with a third party hosted shopping cart system using javascript. We do not require any major redesign work, although minor design tweaks may be required to fit within any constraints imposed by the shopp plugin. We will provide links to the two websites via PM to candidates we are interested in working with. The main corporate site is powered by wordpress and it would be ideal if we could plug the Shopp module into this main installation. However, we wish to retain the unique layout and look and feel of the e-commerce site (which is different to the corporate site) so it might be necessary to create a new wordpress installation for the e-commerce site. This aspect will require further clarification using PM. Currently, the e-commerce site does not employ a search facility - this should be provided.
