Hi, I would like you to design a Wordpress plugin for us to use that blocks all cookies unless the user ticks a box saying they accept the use of cookies on our site. This box wants to appear at the top of our site, the text wants to be customisable in the WP Admin and by able to use HTML. There also wants to be an option in the WP Admin to switch on and off the ability for the user to be able to close this box at the top of the site with an X link or something. We would want full rights to this plugin so that we can distribute it if we want. Thanks.
