Create Two Page Templates for a Wordpress Theme We're Using

Hey guys, We need some modifications made to a theme we have chosen to use for a client project. Most of the theme is perfect, however we need two pages made, a custom home page (instead of it currently showing blog posts), and a video page, which will pull videos from a video category in the blog and display them on their own page. I have attached a drawing of how the home page needs to look which was done by my client, home.jpg. On it, you'll see that there is a notepad design - which needs to be created in CSS and most be completely responsive with the rest of the site. To the right of the notepad will be a photograph of my client. Contents of the notepad need to be editable in Wordpress so she can make adjustments in future. Maybe use a featured image on the home page which will be the image to the right. Whatever is easiest and quickest. The video page will pull videos from a category in the blog. Please see attached mockup, videos.jpg. We need to be able to feature one main video at the top (maybe we use sticky post on the video we want to be featured?), and then a 3 other videos underneath. My client hasn't put it on the drawing, but we should perhaps add a button somewhere on there that will take users to the videos category in the blog. Need this job done ASAP, by an experienced developer who is not going to muck me around. I want to assign this job, and have it done quickly and professionally, I want you to take the job out of my hands, and come back at me when it's complete. Anyone without feedback etc, or with poor completion rates will not be considered for the job. Two things that are non-negotiable: 1. All changes MUST be put into the child theme folder, so that we can install theme updates in future. I WILL be replacing the main parent theme at the end of the job to ensure that any changes you've made remain in place, so this is non negotiable. The amount of freelancers who have a problem understanding child themes truly surprises me! 2. Theme must remain completely responsive.
