Create a Wordpress Template

We have a Wordpress site with Gravity Forms. We require the following customisations on a new calculator form we are upgrading [url removed, login to view]

1. Create a dynamic "thank you" page (confirmation page, instead of text confirmation under gravity forms settings). Page must accept and display custom variables.

2. Pass dynamically the values of "Calculated R&D Spend" and "Estimated R&D Tax Benefit (Amount can be claimed back from HMRC)" to the new "thank you' page.

3. Insert dials on the confirmation page. See WP plugin Visualizer and [url removed, login to view]

4. Make these dials also available on the email reports that are sent out to our customers from Gravity Forms.

For security reasons you need to develop this on your own servers and then provide us with upgrade instructions (not backup restore). We will provide you a copy of gravity forms developer license and a copy of the form instance.
