Create blogsite using wordpress engine

Skills required: must know php, htm+css, javascript. Must be familiar with wordpress engine and customize existing theme/plugins. 1. Primary objective: build a blogsite that allows registered users to submit guest posts 2. Secondary objective: implement a forum on a subdomain of the website. Primary: using a pre-designed theme (I will supply), setup the wordpress system with the following functions: - allow visitors to register and then login to submit guest posts as authors. - authors will be able to login, edit, review, delete their own posts on the frontend using WYSIWYG tool. - authors can pick the category of their posts - authors can edit their own profile account once registered (may use the same provided by default wordperss profile edit) - once a post is submitted, it goes to "pending for review" automatically. Admins will then approve it later. - Once a post is approved, it will be published on the site. - admins can have the option to display certain posts on the featured homepage or on sidebar widget on some category pages. other features: main navigation bar will need to be customized (I will supply screenshot and detail explanation when receive bids) Secondary: install forum plugin to the same wordpress engine; use existing plugins developed out there, will need to add customization. - allow visitors to post topics and discussions on the forum.
