Custom Wordpress Coding / Wordpress Programmer Needed!

Hello and welcome potential bidders, I'm in need of an experienced Wordpress programmer/someone who understands PHP to handle a quick task. I have custom designed a Wordpress theme (just the bare bones), however, I need someone to create a custom Wordpress panel for my theme that will allow me to input images or Google Analytics tracking code, and even advertising banners from the dashboard so that I never have to touch the actual PHP files. IF THAT SOUNDED CONFUSING AND YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT, PLEASE DO NOT BID!! I'm looking for someone who has the following experience: • Advanced knowledge of PHP • Advanced knowledge of Wordpress • Understands what custom panels in Wordpress are • Can work quickly and efficiently REQUIREMENTS: • Must be able to turn around project in 48-72 hours after winning the project! HOW TO APPLY: To apply for this position, please create a dummy Wordpress page that shows off ANY custom panel you've created. For example, you can setup something like this: ([login to view URL]) which simply shows an announcement box on the front page -- but it is controlled by a custom panel in the backend -- not me physically having to edit .php files to get it to appear. **If you don’t understand this, don’t waste time bidding!** Essentially, I need to know that you have some type of experience working with custom panels so you must submit a SAMPLE of your ability to do this job! NO EXCEPTIONS! *** I do not want to see portfolios of designs you've created, because this is already done. I just need someone with programming skills to change specific areas in my design so that they can be controlled by a custom panel. **If you notice me repeating myself, it is because bidders don't read the directions in full and I wind up having to ignore numerous bids which takes up time! I'm looking to spend no more than $75 on this project since the code to do it can be found for free online – in fact, I even gave a free resource above. I just need someone to put in the man hours which I'm told will take anywhere from 1 to 1.5 hours+. So, in essence, you can earn up to $75 for 1 to 1.5 hours of work.
