Customization in wordpress admin

We need a WordPress programmer to add a new feature in WordPress admin. We need to add drag and drop facility of WordPress admin report section. Columns drag and drop in new position and hide and unhide option of columns. This is a urgent work need to be started now. Please note there will be no milestone no advance will be paid once done successfully. See my review I always pays to my programmers .
