Convert [login to view URL] into a WordPress Template for CMS. Please thoroughly look at the site with all its pages and features before bidding.
[login to view URL] is a website I helped design. I would like to create a template from this site, so that I can customize this Website for other doctors. I own the site and can provide back-end access to all the files necessary.
I need all the pages in the [login to view URL] site made into template "pages" for WordPress. The site is pretty simple. There are some components such as a contact form and appointment request that need to converted to WordPress also.
I have very high standards and I care about the DETAILS, so if you are not detail oriented, this job is not for you.
