WP Theme Design + Development

Hello, I'm looking for a Wordpress Expert to design a theme and develop it, add many functions on it to suit my liking and even better, if you could create some plugins that I would need, perfect. The first theme that I want developed would be a theme similar to [login to view URL] I want 3 different color versions of the theme: red, blue(current) and purple No need for the "Watch Anime Online - Anime Online - Watch Anime" bar at the top. The left sidebar is not needed as well and to make up for the loss of the left sidebar, the slider and the latest episodes/ anime recommendations would have to take up the space as well. For the latest submitted episodes, I want the option to display it in 3 or more different layouts but that can be implemented later, it can be edited through php and css. I'm looking for someone to design and develop this ASAP, there are more customizations that I would like however I will get to you in more detail once you take up on this job.
