beautiful, straightforward website that allows for posts

I need a website that has a look like this: [login to view URL] and allows for people to post (anonymously) on the site under the different categories (each on different page) and then others can reply to those posts... For example, if I want to post something on the "boyfriend," page, it is quick and easy. people can then read my post and reply directly to that post, with an ongoing scroll of replies I want a search option for each category and also for the entire site I want people to also be able to upload or drag and drop for a post (for example a letter written or an email, etc...) no pix, tho all must remain anonymous on the site and content must be safe. How can I achieve that, tho...not too sure about how to monitor the content! This is a site for support and an area for opinions, advice and feedback. I have the domain already purchased and would like a logo included, but not absolutely necessary. The link above is an example of a site I began that I love the "feel and look," of and would appreciate the same vibe... Lastly, I would love something sooner than later becasue I have another website I need to focus on and if I like this one, I will want to use you on other future sites.
