SELECTION: A. Do they want to schedule for right away or for the future? If right away they don't see the calendar. and go to page FORM PAGE as bellow. B. If they choose future it takes them to the calendar, select date and then go to FORM PAGE. FORM PAGE. Fields I need to be filled out. *Customer Name *Email address *Phone Number *Business Address Space *How many listings? Drop down box of 1-5. *Listing photo home address *Listing photo home zip code *Lockbox code (can leave blank) *Comments/Gate code (repeat for each) SUBMIT button takes to payment page (can be paypal) FUNCTIONS. After visitor schedule... the system should sends email to photographer based on zip code. we should be able to assign photographer email for which zip code to receive notes. so certain photographer email receive message based on zip they are assigned. FUNCTIONS. System also send reminder email 4 hours ahead of scheduled time to photographer.
