AJAX/PHP chatting system

Thanks for taking time to review this request, Development environment: LAMP + AJAX (for GUI) I would like a web based chat application developed with the following specifications: 1. There will be 3 user roles a) administrator (no design, only functional) - manage group amdin & users (crud) - manage topics (crud) - manage users - block user/IP b) group admin - manage users - manage topics - manage users - block user/IP c) user - WYSIWG editor for postings - start a group (encrypted link - [login to view URL] to guess) Important notes: 1. We need to be able to create GROUPS(topics) of discussions with encrypted links. 2. CSS based design based on AJAX 3. [login to view URL] is a very good reference for functionalitites In conclusion: a web based chatting system with AJAX frontend (css based design) built on a LAMP environment that would allow user groups and messages; users will be bale to signup and start a group or attend one; Will be looking forward to your bids. Thanks for your time, ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform LAMP/AJAX - you will be responsible for having a testing environment for showing work progress.
