ASAP - Web Content Pages from Mockup

We have a multi-page pdf with multiple articles that we need ported over to the web. This bid request is for the following task: 1. Create 2 "Standard" template for the content,. 1 as seen in attached image, another, very similar, with more images, using the existing code as a framework. 2. Replace text content + images for each page, using the PDF as a source. There are approximately 50 articles.
