Adaptation of a Website / Template

We need a coder to adapt an existing template for a new website. The site contains 10-12 pages and 4 menu items. All text, photos or graphics must be exchanged by new ones including flash animation. For the header we need 5 graphics and maybe 4 small ones as teaser for subpages. The graphics should be animated. For example zwo stick figures shaking hands, climbing a ladder or jumping of joy.
