Add ability for users to upload image and video to our yahoo store website using youtube api and flicker api

The customer submitted pictures on our website gallery drives a percentage of our product sales. Pages are here: [login to view URL] Now we manually upload images and descriptions that are sent to us. We want to speed this process to allow users to upload directly. Using the api from youtube (for video) and api from flicker or another (for images) Here is the link to the youtube api: <[login to view URL]> if you look at that link and this one: [login to view URL] you will see the other item we need: ability to approve a submission before it is added live to the website picture: [login to view URL] here is flickr's API's too <[login to view URL]> I am unsure flicker allow for the needed approval of picture submissions before posting live to the site. As I stated, I would need to approve submissions because the images might not be on-topic or acceptable. So you may have to find another api for photo submissions. Our gallery has 6 categories. I want an upload button on the top of each page for user to click when they want to upload their image. Additionally the category should be displayed with drop-down to change category if needed. Besides image upload I need the back end ability to "rank" images so the best are shown first. Default image placement should be most recent first. I want to override this to "push up" a better image when desired. I also need the ability to move an image to a different category if it is in the wrong one.
