Adjustments to OSCommerce Website

- The site have some title issues (need to translate the titles to freench language, we will provide the text);

- When a product is created in the categories it disappears;

- Needs an authentication module;

- Quebec taxes need to be inserted (module);

- Html pages need to be integrated;
