Take a production concept and add a bit more functionality on with hooks for much more functionality in the future. Very easy to model after as a site already exists to model this after. Please only bid on this if you have read the requirements and fully understand the work that is needed. Generic messages (especially with typos) for your company and a list of random websites is not what I am looking for. I have other work in the future I would also look to outsource. This could be a multiple project relationship. Please post your bid and your estimated timeline as soon as possible so I can compare. The most important components of this project are the transactional functionalities (credits being spent and received), payment integration with a third party payment provider, and the Flash video chat capabilities. **PLEASE NOTE: I HAD A POOR CHOICE IN A FIRST DEVELOPER WHO WASTED 3 MONTHS OF MY LIFE ON THIS PROJECT AND GAVE ME NOTHING. I am in a hurry to get this up and going! ** I already have a basic shell of the PHP functions and framework for the website going so it should be easy to fill in the blanks with the functionality! ## Deliverables Please see Website Requirements v2.0.pdf.zip. At the time of this posting that is the current list of requirements. It should be easy to explore the existing site, and model the UI/functionality based on that, and make sure it aligns with my requirements. I do have a couple slight changes that the original site does not have, and once I have a working site plan to implement many more (the winning bid could wind up with that work as well.)
