I'm based in the UK and have decided to start outsourcing my website design work.
The website design work we do is for small businesses, so they don't need anything over-the-top stylish and in most cases, templates could be used. These projects won't pay a lot for each individual one (as I don't charge a lot) but there are a lot of them and if I find a good designer, I will use them for all of my new projects.
I have won a new client recently who wants a website - he has a Window Cleaning business, needs a simple 4 page website (Index, Commercial Projects, Domestic Projects and a Contact Page) and only HTML and CSS needs to be used - again if there are good looking templates you use, these would be fine.
I'm aware this is a brief specification, but it's a very simple project.
If this project is built to a good quality and the client is happy, there is another website which is very similar for another new client - someone who runs a building company. The same template could probably be used for both of these projects. There tend to be several of these projects a month.
