Basic Website, w/ online/offline chat helpdesk and ticket system

Website template and logos to be provided by me. Realtime IM chat via an online/offline indicator. This module should appear on each page and in the same place. The Website must assume the look and feel of my template. Art supplied at auction close. The template will be comprised of two layered PSD files: a first-level "HOME" page and a second-level page. The second-level page template will act as the template for all second-level pages. The site will use breadcrumb navigational aids. The Website will consist of the following pages: Home page/index About Us Services Work Philosophy & Process Contact Us Client login area <-- this is where the support ticket system will reside. I do not have a software preference and expect the coder to secure the appropriate web applications to use for integration. Thus, I have no preference as to the ticket management system implemented and you are encouraged to use whatever open source code you care to as long as the solutions that you choose are secure and time-tested and are supported by all popular browsers. The client login area: I do not want users to be able to create their own account without there being a verification process that I must approve of. Think of it this way: 1.) A prospect hits my site. 2.) Said user requires my services and wants to secure me for a given IT job. 3.) Said user submits (via registration form) their details, including first and last name, email address, phone number (home and mobile), best time to be contacted and of course address, etc. 4.) This information comes to me via email 5.) From there I control adding them as users and send the prospect a confirmation email with their new login credentials and the login URL. I do not want spam and bots problems, so I don't want users to be able to register. They should only be able to request passage into the so-called "Client Area." ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith. So for your protection, if you are interested in this project, please work-out and document the requirements onsite. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
