CMS & SEO for a site

**1. CMS IMPLEMENTATION:**

Adding a professional content management system (CMS) for several important and required pages (see .xls project information attached, yellow bar, "X" marked)

The CMS pages should be implemented in a maximum of two weeks.

Manage all content (text, images, movies) from an administrative panel.

The site also needs a FLASH GALLERY for the product pages.

Where new products can be added with pictures and zoom-in possibility

and also with text information on each individual product.

- All rental product pages (in Dutch: "verhuur"), Team Facilities (TE) section and ParkPost (PA) section.

- Online newsletter (in Dutch: "nieuws") implemented per month at the Avi Team Groep (ATG) section of the website.

- Job openings (in Dutch: "Werken bij Team" or "Werken bij Avi Team Groep")

- References and Projects (in Dutch: "Referenties en projecten")

**2. SEO (SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMALIZATION):

**Make the site search engine friendly (With all the required search terms used in the complete sitemap, also include all products from the product pages (camera's, lenses, monitors etc...)

**3. BACK AND FORWARD BUTTONS:

**A script used for linking back and forward inside the flash site exactly like it is been used in the browser window itself

**4. FLOWLIST:

**Make the flow list page images clickable (link) to the associated pages. (See [url removed, login to view] attached)

We will only respond to developers who bid with past similar experiences (resumes), good feedback and tell exactly how you are going to do this project according to above mentioned tasks (1,2,3,4). Also mention the period of time. We expect a high level of professional work.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
