We have a joomla template with one color scheme. We need it changes into a different color scheme that we have a PSD of.
Also, you have to install the joomla template and setup the modules, etc.. So it looks like the screenshot (the way it is supposed to look)

Our needs have been changed slightly. You will not need to install the joomla theme, all you will have to do is modify the current one to match the color scheme of the other one. As such the maximum bid that will be accepted is $20.
