Code Changes to WP Theme & Encrypt

We need a number of updates done to our WordPress theme, a new feature coded (vertical navigation tabs, can be copied from current horizontal navigation tabs), and have our theme and plugin secured with **[login to view URL] encryption** (provided). ALL templates/graphics required for install into our WP Theme are provided. Code option for vertical navigation tabs. Current theme has horizontal navigation bar. We need you to code exactly the same vertical function, with Left OR Right-side alignment option. ** **5. Encrypt thetheme and plugin with a [login to view URL] encryption. We already purchased this software! All you need to do is set it up, so it issues authorization code to buyer, to unlock theme/plugin. We'll provide you a theme with this exact encryption and functionality. **
