Complete PHP MySQL project started by another coder

In total there will be less than 12 pages on both sites. There will not be a single image in either sites. The work requires good level of knowlegde in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, cookies, PHP, MySQL and Photoshop. The product is like an online notebook that lets you save text online. The PHP and MySQL is partly done, although you might have some work to do with it. Additionally, you need to code, in HTML, the design we will dictate to you in Photoshop files. All details relevant to the process would be given. The design is expected to be written *BEAUTIFULLY*. No spacer gifs or excess tables or other messes of the kind which will make the site unmaintainable. Also, compatibility with Explorer 5 to 6 AND ALSO 7 beta, and of course Firefox. The website should work well in all resolutions. The design should degrade as little as possible when changing text sizes (And this does not mean to disable text size changing.) Extra credit if you can keep the files small in KBs. We will take care of the hosting etcetra, you just need to give us the source files. Two sites will be made, which offer similar services but slightly different features. Some of the code can be used for both sites. The way we will give you information about what to do, is simply that you will read all the dialogs between us and the former coder (which abandoned this project since he had some urgent things to do), and figure out what to do. Additionally we will tell you things. The final design must be VERY VERY SIMILAR to the PSDs. If it is not, the job is cancelled. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All browsers, all resolutions, all OSes, all text sizes.
