Convert Clarion tps multi-table file to XML

This project will create a Clarion exe that converts certain fields in a Clarion 6 multi-table .tps file to XML. It should... 1. Give user a File Open dialog in which he can "open" an existing Clarion .tps file. The format of this particular .tps file contains several related databases ranging from 3 fields (columns) to approximately 50 fields (columns). A sample .tps file will be provided for importing programmer use. 2. After opening the tps file the application should prompt the user to name an XML destination file. 3. The application should then convert certain specified records of certain tables into XML nodes with each of certain fields being attributes within that node. 4. Aside from the File Open and File Saveas dialogs, the user should have no further interaction with the program. Once a file is selected, the program should cycle through the various tables of interest, writing the desired records and fields to a single XML file and then exit automatically. 5. All source code to be fully commented and all source files to be included. 6. A package list of all necessary dlls and other files needed to run the application should be included. Sample tps, dtd and xml files will be supplied to interested programmers. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 2000, XP.
