I have an existing website that needs to have the HTML pages updated to a table-less website using CSS and DIV tags. There are basically two page types: a home page and a content page. There is 1 home page and 17 content pages . The pages are not overly complex. Please review the site here: <[login to view URL]> I need someone to do the following: * Convert table-based HTML Pages into CSS and DIV tags instead of tables (make pages table-less) * Clean up any existing code and CSS class names. I've worked on this site in my spare time for 5 years, so the HTML or classes might not be consistent. * New code must be clean, consistent, well formed, and XHTML-compliant. * Classes and IDs should be well-named and easily identifiable. * Structure should not be overly complicated. In other words, I don't want 10 levels deep of nested DIV tags. * You must be experienced in doing table-less sites. If these words are new to you, then please don't take job. * There should be a single CSS file. Unless you need to create a seperate CSS for a specific browser or platform. * These page should work correctly and look same in following browsers and platforms: * PC: IE 6 and up, Firefox 1.5 and up * Mac: IE 5.2 and up, Firefox 1 and up Also, there are a few other details, please review the included doc for additional info. Please provide a link to some table-less sites that you've worked on. ## Deliverables 1) The time frame for this project is 7 days. b) If all status updates and tasks are delivered on time and deliverables are successfully met, **coder will receive a 10% bonus of their bid rate**. c) Please do not bid or take on this project unless you have the skills, time and determination to complete this project on time. 2) Provide a status update every two days of the project. 3) Right to Cancel - If any status updates or delivery dates are missed or deliverables not successfully met, I have right to cancel project, and I probably will. In short, do not bid or take on this project unless you have the skills, time and determination to complete this project on time. 4) If there is a problem with any of this, please communicate before taking on project. 5) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 6) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 7) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
