Corporate Website Template (HTML & PSDs) for an IT Consulting Company

We are Webiken Consultants. An IT consulting company where all developers are backend developers; python/django, J2EE, etc. We are in need of a new design for our website. It has to be professional, up to corporate standards, and all bidders must provide the following: 1) A sample of what the design would look like 2) Sample work, preferably live sites that are completed and launched. What we need: 1) Complete Website Design with the following Menu: a) Home b) Products & Services c) Our Mission d) About Webiken e) Contact Us For the home page, we need a Flash banner that incorporates images of corporate buildings, people, and source code, preferably Python, we also need a corporate logo that will be at the bottom of the home page, and the top of every other page, so the logo must be creative and stand out For each other page; as mentioned, you would use the company logo, and provide formatting for where we would put our text. We will be editing and launching the site ourselves, but none of us are any good at CSS, so you have to provide some good text formatting, and we'll provide the words. This is a very important project, and good work will be well rewarded, and possibly given more work as the company gains clients. Once again, all bidders must provide a sample design satisfying all requirements, and the design must be approved before the work commences.
