Create Wordpress Theme - copy of my landing page.

I am using wordpress and would like a theme created. The theme is basically a template of my current web landing page and is very straightforward; Header; login box within the header. A registration form to the left of the page. A thumbnail grid to the right of the registrations form. Below the registration page and thumbnail grid is some text. A footer at the bottom; a few links within the footer. The reason why I am using wordpress is so I can create pages of content with the same layout when i want. - The main thing I'll want to change myself are the thumbnail images and text on every page i create. The above is a carbon copy of my web landing page, which is written in php & html and Java script. If you can copy the website exact that'll be perfect. This is an easy job for someone who knows what they are doing. I will send my web landing page url to the winning bid. The new wordpress theme should be provided to me in a zip file, so I can upload to wordpress myself.
