Create multiple sitemaps Maps (SEO experience required) and fix RSS FEEDS

Budget $65.00 Looking for expert CODE DEVELOPER to accomplish the following 2 jobs: 1. Correct some errors in existing RSS feeds (incorrect dates are being displayed). These feeds were working before. We have about 8 of them. 2. Create new RSS feed for a 3 new sections of our site (one is a video section). 3. Create a site XML/php site map to be added in our server so content can be better indexed for google. This section of the site has over 700,000 records.
