Design AND Create a Masterpage for use in ASP.NET web application

I need a masterpage. Designed and created. Masterpage will include three main things: --The menu bar. The menu bar should contain links to these sections: Home, Girls, Guys, Community, Store, Preview, My Profile, FAQ --The content section. This section should expand freely upon the size of the content within. Some sort of a table with pretty CSS would probably do it. :P --The copyright section at the very bottom of the page, as well as links to TOS/Disclaimer/Etc within. Contact me for more details.
