Design iJoomla Magazine Template

Site software is up and running along with sample content, hosted on Siteground with iJoomla Magazine component installed. Looking for a experienced Joomla template developer to design a magazine-style template for a new community webzine we are starting, based off our print literary zine. This is a not-for-profit project, so our budget is limited, but we will give major credits to the designer on the site. Joomla template should look like a professional magazine with discrete dividers for the categories - along the lines [login to view URL], though more simplified. No advertisements on the site. I have looked around at free templates and none seem to do the trick. You MUST be familiar with Joomla and Joomla tempalte creation. It would be beneficial if you were familiar with ijoomla, but it is not necessary. Logo is already designed - and website backbone is already up and running. So to reiterate - this is just for a Joomla template design.
