design/css coder for front end work

Hi I am looking for a designer/coder to design a few pages for my website to deal with event management. There will be 2-3 pages that I would need. Please contact me with a link to your portfolio and then I can provide more details about the work. Also below is a short description for the landing page. Please provide me a mockup or sample design for the below. Also let me know how long and how much will it cost to do this page Landing page This page shows popular events. There will be menu items to login to the system. Each event item on this page will have options for joining and liking the event. Other details shown in each event item are Event title (Eg. Dinner in soho) Event date and time if available Venue if available. No of likes No of comments Picture of the user who created the event Link to event photos Edit option available if the event is created by the user logged in Withdraw option available if the event is created by the user logged in Link to view the event details There will also be links for signing in and registration There will also be options to see (may be in a side bar) Top commented, Top liked etc.. There should also be links to Terms and conditions/Privacy cookie policy etc. Thanks Hash
