Amazon API Book Buyback API

I am looking for someone who can develop an API which can get buyback offers from Amazon.com. There are several sites available on the internet providing these services. Additional Info: Here is another sample site: [login to view URL] Enter 0324421400 in the ISBN field and click on Price My books. On doing that you will see a buy back price for the book. The buyback is fetched from an Amazon API. I need a similar API developed where I enter ISBN and get a book buyback from Amazon. Let me know if this explanation is enough or you need more. Please note that I just need the API developed right now and nothing else.
