Convert phpBB to vBulletin 4 suite

I need someone to convert my forum (with 5000 members / 200 000 messages) to vBulletin 4 suite. I have run the impex and had some issues: - User passwords were not converted (not necessary if there is a tool to create the temp passwords or similar) - Some users gave errors (~50) - Some messages didn't convert - There is also one extra profile field I'd like to convert, but this is not crucial I'd like to have the converting done in two steps: 1. ) Test conversion so I could play around and test with few users so that everything works spot on 2. ) After this I'd like to agree a date when the final conversion will be done, so that I can properly close the old forum and make the transfer Please don't sent pre-created applications!
