AICC to SCORM

I'm looking for a tool that can integrated in a php LMS system. I want an online conversion tool that can import AICC zip files and convert them to SCORM compliant ZIP course. The goal is simple: a user uploads a AICC zip file and get a SCORM Zip back. for more info see [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Payment will be done if you can show it online on your server.
