AITOC user type mod-Modification

im looking for someone familair with PHPfox. I recently installed the USER TYPE mod from AITOC. Orginally i create a custom drop down boxes using phpfox. one of the custom fields was "Nearest City" (see image custom fields) The drop down box listed Cities and states. The options used a 2 letter state code and a city name such as CA-Los Angeles or FL-Tampa. The option would appear alphabetically so that all the CA-cites were grouped together and all the FL-cities were grouped together. when i added another city it would be grouped with other cities with the same state code. When i installed the AITOC usertype mod all the custom fields were imported to their mod, the custom fields i created now show up in a random order. This means all the CA-cities are not together. other fields using numbers are also in a random order. See attached photos. id like new custom fields to appear aphabetically or ascending numerically. so that al CA-cities are grouped together and when i add a new city it is grouped with other cites with the same state code.
