Affiliate ID Exchange - Repost

I have a very strait forward project that needs developed. I am building a sales landing page. It’s a “how to” on freebie sites. At the bottom of this page will be a series of affiliate links with my affiliate ID’s. Here is what I need. When visitors come to the site, they will be given the complete in’s and out’s on the freebie site industry (example [login to view URL]). This is to help visitors become educated on the industry and become empowered to make the right choices on what is safe and what is not. All of this will be displayed on the index page. At the bottom of the index page, visitors will have an opportunity to sign up with proven freebie sites by using my affiliate links. They will also have the opportunity to “sign up” with my specific site (not a freebie type site). By doing so, they have the ability to put their affiliate ID’s in place relative to the freebie site they have ID’s for. They then will be able to send others to the same sales landing page (my site) using a URL that uses their username. This allows the people that they refer to sign up with the links at the bottom, only the referring user gets credit at these freebie sites because their affiliate ID is in place. This gives them the ability to take advantage of the sales landing page. So, what I need is the functionality that allows for 3 pages: 1. Index page with dynamic categories and links to affiliate freebie sites 2. Members page to allow members to input their ID’s relative to available freebie affiliate links on the index page. 3. Admin panel that allows index page links to be added, categories for these links and members to be deleted and/or banned. Basically I need the ability for others to use the sales page with their links on the page. Simple as that.
