CakePHP, Smarty's - freelancers wanted to work remotely

We are looking for freelance developers with experience in CakePHP and Smartys to work with us on a number of projects we have. We're a UK based web application development company with offshore development centre in the Philippines. We are NOT looking for a partner company - we are looking for freelancers only. You have the option of working on a per-project basis or on a salary, depending on your performance. If you have CakePHP and Smartys experience then please contact us. In addition experience using AJAX and any experience with XHTML/CSS would be preferable.
