Cannot redeclare error

I have a script for sending a newsletter to my customers. That script take a name and a email-address from a textfile and works correctly.

Now I add a part in the script that change/correct the name of the customer in the good writing. This part is also working correctly (I test it with another script) but... in this script I have a error:

Cannot redeclare strproper() (previously declared in [url removed, login to view])

Can you fix this problem? I add the script as attachment.
