Careers Website - Small Problem, Needs a Quick Fix

We currently have a up and running website for Careers, it has been set up and seems to be running fine. *These problem wil need to be fix today sometime. All hosting information and file will be provided on request. We have 2 small problems with our site, We cannot access the Admin section - So if you could we would like you to change the password for us. The second problem is when a employee or job seeker signs up and fills in the registration form in full, it seems to keep displaying this message "You did not fill some of the required fields. Go back and fill them correct, please." therefore not allowing people to enter into the site (altho they have filled it out correctly) Even if you could disable it from displaying this message would be fine.
