Chinese business partner (only Chinese PHP experts please!!!)

I actually look more for a business partner than an employee. You must have following profile:  Very highly intelligent  Experienced programmers in PHP (you have worked on big projects within companies) and you have been team leader or project manager  Able to communicate in English  Auto motivated (desire to grow your own business) What I have is this: many marketing contacts, venture capital contacts, companies and freelancers in India and Rumania that I am paying. I also will pay for all the other expenses like office, server, telecommunication, employees. What I need is person who can supervise employees and freelancers. But you have to be willing to establish our own (our) business, put in much time and you have to be very skilled. You will have to put in 60 hours a week and will not get paid. But you might get paid much more if we receive venture capital. If you are interested I will explain you the business plan and other stuff and where our company is right now.
