Hello, can you give me more details about your site? Is I true understand that you need that email was sent from submitter only for one form? If yes, think that it's just simple changes in this plugin. But also have notice that this email will come like spam for receiver, so if you want to do it just for that receiver can reply on email, better to add "reply-to" header to this email, and not change sender. So then email will come from your config email, but if user click reply then email will send to properly submitter email. Regards Denis.
