Classifieds script (completion)

I have a classifieds script that is 90% complete. The freelancer that was working on the script took seriously ill and could not complete the project. I need someone who is proficient in php to finish the script. The script must include a .sql file to set up the necessary MySQL tables. This project will be awarded to the freelancer who can show that they have the knowledge and the experience to complete the script and who can complete the project ON TIME. If the project goes a minimum of 15 days beyond the completion time that you have stated in your bid, the project will be deemed to have been cancelled so allow for this when bidding. (Sorry, but I have had many problems with freelancers who bid 30 days on a project and then take as much as 160 days or more to complete and sometimes it is never completed. ) Payment will be made when project is completed.
