Brief: We are looking to hire a coder to compile a script that is similar to [login to view URL] , the free online file conversion. Details: - Ability to upload from a URL - Uploaded files will be instantly deleted if possible prior to the file being converted. - The converted file will remain on the server for 24 hours, and will be automatically deleted afterwards. - An e-mail is to be dispatched upon file conversion to the user containing the URL of the file. (The path shouldn’t be guessable) - AJAX uploader bar. We currently have FFMPEG installed on our server along with several plug-ins. Do we need imagemagicK to handle image files conversion? What software do we need to handle PDF to DOC conversion? The PHP script must be easy to skin.
