Clone a Website

I need a clone of [login to view URL] Project includes frontend and admin backend You will need to understand the CONCEPT of the website, before creating. Once the member registers - there will be an email sent to change his generated password. Once he changes the password - a new email is sent asking to Buy the Product in order to be able to get his free product. The members have to be distinguished between "just members" and "customers". "Customers" will be placed in tables on the appropriate Gift pages. These pages have to able to change within Admin Area. You will need to show me a demo site to make sure it is done properly. Most important is that referral program is done properly and product pages directly updated from database. The website must include new graphics and designs. CLEAN, Professional look. It must be EASILY configured to create websites with different domain names. (Either a script or a separate program that will change the email, website, copyright etc. within all scripts) Since there were similar projects done before([login to view URL]), it will be easier for someone who have done it already.
