Create an Easy Widget for my WP Blog - EASY FEEDBACK

Create a widget as seen on [login to view URL] -> Latest / Most Popular / Our Favorites / Webinars(not needed) on my blog n/@/t/u/r/a/c/n/e(dot)com (without the slashes - the @ is an a) I already have Wordpress Popular Posts ([login to view URL]) plug-in installed. I can create a text widget which lists my favorite posts. Latest Posts is already a widget installed on Wordpress. All I need you to do is create the code for the widget that will display all of them as seen on [login to view URL] - see the attached screenshot for ease. It needs to fall within the constraints of my theme (dashed #cccccc;) Second small project: I want a dashed box that I can put under my header on top of my posts on the [login to view URL] page, again, using dashed #cccccc; - here I will put a 'Welcome' text like seen on [login to view URL] This is all very easy stuff but obviously I know nothing about css and php - so put both codes in your PMB - $20 dollars to the winner and first person who can provide this to me.
