Create a theme for Fusion Ticket (Open source system)

I'd like you to make me a Fusionticket theme, and make it by my design (attatched in folder 'design')
Fusionticket ([url removed, login to view]) is an opensource ticketing system. It's PHP/Smarty-based and it supports themes.
I need a new -responsive- theme based on this design: [url removed, login to view]
The default responsive theme (CSS) that comes with the installation attatched: [url removed, login to view]
It is called from several .TPL files (by Smarty): [url removed, login to view]
For examples on how this all renders have a look at: [url removed, login to view]
I need it more to look like [url removed, login to view]
But then in the precise design I supplied earlier.
Experience with Fusion Ticket is preferred. If you have experience, please list it in a PM.
