Customizing my website so it look good at smartphone / Tablets.

My name is sayyed manzoor hasan.I am mageto expert.I am ready to start this project [login to view URL] few hours i finish I have a responsive theme bought for magento, but somehow all the links doesn't show up in the topmenu on ipad / iphone... The fault happened when i added more sections in topmenu but worked before... Furthermore I need 8 words translated on the site from english to danish. thanks
