changes on a phpnuke site

Hi, I need someone to work and make some changes on my php nuke site. These are the 4 changes i need on my phpnuke 7.7 version. 1. Weblinks module: alows users of the phpnuke website to upload images and show the images in Weblinks area while adding a link. News module: 2. News module. When you write a new article, you just get the same image shown in every article. Here i need a function to upload a image while adding a new article. 3. A simple buy/sell module. Only for registered users of the site. Allows users to upload up to 3 images. 4. A function to easily delete/edit or ban registered users of the site.
