A video Playback site!

Its is actually a video streaming site. the videos will be uploaded through the site by us and the youtube will be inked to stream videos instead of separate server. so the site will have a maximum of two pages . the home page would contain different categories of video sections with similar layout. and once a video is clicked it will be played in a same or may be a separate page without linking back to youtube. The site is now being designed by a team and i need the coding to be done. If could provide a very reasonable quote and work on time with good experience in creating a dynamic sites. and send the links to some of your design works.
